Jazzy Holidays Reservations Are Open, and the Brown Derby Has Put On Velvet

The Jollywood Nights lounge is taking reservations for live music, sliders, and old-Hollywood atmosphere—with an extra bill inside the ticketed party.

Reservations opened September 17 for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, the limited-capacity lounge offered during Disney Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios. A ticket for the same party night is required, and the food and drinks cost extra.

This is the party-within-the-party that knows exactly how to pose: Brown Derby booths, live musicians, bison-and-pork sliders, and holiday cocktails under old-Hollywood lighting. Very glamorous. Also very capable of borrowing a meaningful piece of an already limited party night.

The reservation window has a little stage trick

Jazzy Holidays is scheduled for November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, and 28; December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, and 23; and January 3 and 5.

Disney’s standard 60-day dining window still applies. Later event nights may not appear as bookable yet, even though reservations officially opened today. A missing January time is not automatically a sellout; it may simply be waiting for its turn in the spotlight.

Capacity is limited, and reservations are strongly recommended. The experience is available only during Jollywood Nights, so the reservation and party ticket need to match the same date.

The sliders are back in the spotlight

The reported menu includes Jazzy Sliders made with bison and pork, onion jam, and gorgonzola on brioche. Chorizo arancini, pork belly bao, plant-based tofu bao, char-grilled chicken yakitori, and a cranberry-jalapeño margarita join them.

The sliders may arrive dressed like the headliner, but the tofu bao gets our appreciative little nod for giving the plant-based menu an actual role instead of an emergency understudy.

No current experience price was included in the reporting. That missing number matters because Jazzy Holidays is not complimentary party entertainment with a snack attached. It is a separately paid stop inside a separately ticketed event, and the Brown Derby’s velvet mood still has to earn the time it takes from the rest of Jollywood Nights.
