Chefs de France at EPCOT changed both its lunch and dinner menus in an update published September 25, 2026. Three entrées joined the menu, three left, and the smoked-salmon blinis appetizer rose by $1.
The croissant burger is the cheeky France Pavilion curveball. Angus beef, Alpine cheese, onion confit, and mustard aioli on a croissant bun is the sort of combination that makes half the table raise an eyebrow and the other half open the reservation screen. We have not tasted it; on paper, it is easily the menu’s most curious new arrival.

Le Croissant du Boucher costs $29.95 and puts that Angus burger combination on a croissant bun. It is also the least expensive of the three new entrées, which gives it a very different job from the new filet mignon.
Filet de Boeuf, Sauce Au Poivre is $58.95, served with bacon-wrapped asparagus, potato au gratin, and peppercorn sauce. That is a full France Pavilion dinner splurge, and the bacon-wrapped asparagus makes sure nobody mistakes it for the old Steak Frites wearing a nicer jacket.
Supreme de Poulet Rôti rounds out the arrivals at $39.95. The roasted chicken comes with a shallot-and-merlot-vinegar reduction and potato purée. Of the three, it is the quietest on paper, but the reduction gives it a much more specific identity than a generic roast-chicken placeholder.
Steak Frites leaves the board
The $55.95 Steak Frites is gone from lunch and dinner, along with the $39.95 Jarret de Porc Braisé and $39.95 Poulet au Vinaigre. Losing the strip loin and béarnaise will be the change regulars clock first; Chefs de France has traded that brasserie standby for a pricier filet with peppercorn sauce.
The Blinis de Saumon Fumé, Sauce à l’Aneth appetizer now costs $19.95, up from $18.95. It is a small increase beside the entrée shuffle, but it belongs in the same update because the new price applies at both lunch and dinner.
WDWMAGIC calls this the fall 2026 menu and published the changes on September 25, but the source does not give an exact switchover time or an end date. That leaves one tidy little French asterisk: the menu has changed, but “fall” is not a promise that every dish stays through a particular day.
