Gideon's Bakehouse has brought its Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein cookies back for October 2026 at Disney Springs and East End Market, with a limit of two cookies per person. The bakery's 10th-anniversary Spookhouse menu also adds cake-slice versions, a Disney Springs-exclusive Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew, and weekly dessert drops.
The returning cookies are the familiar monsters here; the more interesting trick is that Gideon's has turned them into a calendar. Cake fans need the right weekday, cold-brew fans need the Disney Springs shop, and the weekend surprises are still hiding under a sheet.
Two monsters, now with cake schedules
Frankenstein Lives combines chocolate, Double Stuf Oreos, and M&M's. Bride of Frankenstein uses that base with white chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M's. Both limited-edition cookies are scheduled every day in October at both Gideon's locations, with the two-per-person limit.
The cake slices divide the week. Frankenstein appears Wednesdays and Saturdays; Bride of Frankenstein gets Sundays and Thursdays. Cake slices also carry a two-per-person limit at both locations, and whole cakes can be preordered through Gideon's website.
That is wonderfully specific spooky-season choreography. Arriving on a Tuesday with a Bride-of-Frankenstein-cake dream is how a charming plan becomes a tiny gothic tragedy.
Disney Springs gets the cold brew
The Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew is exclusive to the Disney Springs location for October. Disney Food Blog says it is made with ground coffee beans, oat milk, scratch-made chocolate sauce, and crushed cookies and cream. The monster cookies travel between both shops; this particular caffeine potion does not.
Gideon's also says new desserts will arrive every weekend in October, but neither approved source identifies them yet. Prices for the cookies, cake slices, and cold brew were not included in the checked reports. The named Spookhouse menu is confirmed; the weekend shadows can keep their secrets until Gideon's switches on the laboratory lights.
