Le Cellier Steakhouse has added a new Caesar salad, roasted chicken, miso-roasted cabbage, almond-crusted salmon, and a butter tart to its menu at EPCOT’s Canada pavilion.

The butter tart is immediately the one we are looking at. Le Cellier is usually the place people book for steak and cheddar soup, so a real Canadian dessert addition feels much more interesting than a quiet side-dish swap.

Key details

  • New appetizer: Caesar salad, $16.
  • New entrées include roasted chicken, miso-roasted cabbage, and almond-crusted salmon.
  • The new salmon is listed at $53; chicken is $41 and cabbage is $39.
  • A butter tart with brown-butter panna cotta and maple crème anglaise is listed at $15.

This is a meaningful menu refresh, not one lonely seasonal dessert. The new chicken comes with a warm farm salad, baby squash, carrots, cranberry-orange gel, and sherry-chicken jus. The salmon gets broccolini, celery-root tapioca, and adobo sauce.

Le Cellier still has its classic identity, but this gives anyone with an upcoming reservation a few new decisions to make. The restaurant is tucked into the Canada pavilion, which is not exactly where we would go looking for chili crisp and maple on the same plate. Now it is.
