Is Rope Drop Hero against Disney's Terms of Service?
No. Rope Drop Hero is designed around Disney's Friends & Family planning model, where connected guests can help plan and modify activities when permission is granted. We operate at human pace and do not create an unfair booking-speed advantage.
How does Friends & Family authorization work?
You add Rope Drop Hero through Disney's Family & Friends flow and choose the planning access you want to share. That lets Rope Drop Hero support the trip details you approve without asking for your Disney password.
Do you store my Disney password?
No. We do not ask for, see, or store your Disney account password. The setup is permission-based, so your credential stays with you.
Can I review or revoke permissions later?
Yes. If your plans change or you no longer want Rope Drop Hero connected, you can review or remove access through your Disney Family & Friends settings.
Does this guarantee Lightning Lane or dining reservations?
No app can guarantee inventory that Disney has not made available. Rope Drop Hero improves your odds by watching the targets you care about, alerting you, and acting only when an eligible opening appears.
What happens if an opening appears overnight?
If your plan allows automation, Rope Drop Hero can respond while you rest using deliberate pacing. If your settings only allow alerts, we notify you so you can decide.
Are you affiliated with Disney?
No. Rope Drop Hero is an independent planning app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes. Start free, upgrade when automation matters, and cancel when you no longer need trip support. The right plan should match the kind of park day you are planning.
