Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Town Center at Disney Springs is reported to serve its final guests Sunday, September 13, 2026, then close permanently. Disney Food Blog separately confirmed with a Cast Member that a September closure is planned, while the reporting reviewed identifies no Disney announcement and the exact final-service date remains attributed reporting.
For Disney Springs regulars, the sharper detail is the name on the door. Wolfgang Puck has had a restaurant presence in this district since 1997, before Disney Springs was Disney Springs, across three very different venues. If September 13 holds, the current Bar & Grill closes the last chapter of that nearly three-decade run.
Three restaurants, three corners of Disney Springs
The 250-seat Bar & Grill opened in Town Center in November 2018 with California-inspired food, Mediterranean influences, and a farmhouse-style dining room. It is not the old Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe on the West Side, which operated from 1997 until 2017 and was replaced by Jaleo.
It also is not Wolfgang Puck Express in the Marketplace. That location closed in 2020; eet by Maneet Chauhan now occupies its former space. Disney fans who still picture the Grand Cafe's broad West Side footprint or the Express counter are remembering two earlier generations of the same name.
The date still needs attribution
WDW News Today and MickeyVisit identify September 13 as the final service date. Disney Food Blog confirmed the coming closure but reported that its Cast Member source could not provide the precise day. Disney's public calendar had not reflected the change when those reports were published.
That makes any post-September 13 calendar appearance poor evidence that the restaurant will remain open. No source provides a closure reason, and no replacement has been announced for the Town Center space.
