The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic has published its 2026 menu for November 20 and 21. The ticketed tasting runs from 5 to 9 p.m. each night along the hotels' outdoor causeway, separate from EPCOT's Food & Wine Festival.
Friday's slow-cooked Berkshire pork belly arrives at Smokin' D's BBQ under a hickory-smoked cane-sugar “cloud.” Saturday answers with mesquite-smoked Black Angus chuck burnt ends and fermented-black-bean barbecue sauce. Oh, this menu has no interest in making the two nights twins.
Friday's sugar cloud has Saturday competition
Il Mulino makes the choice even less polite. Friday gets eggplant-and-mushroom lasagna; Saturday gets chestnut agnolotti with roasted pumpkin, citrus butter, black walnuts, and sage. At The Fountain, an American Wagyu mini smash burger gives way to a prime-rib French dip grilled cheese. We would absolutely pause over that Saturday pairing before buying a single-night ticket.
Lagoon Games, Lanes & Eats is the station with Friday's mozzarella sticks and Saturday's short-rib-loaded potato barrels. The previous version of this article mistakenly assigned both to Bourbon Steak. Bourbon Steak's actual listed dish is slow-braised Wagyu short rib with celery-root espuma and shallot marmalade on both nights.
Rosa Mexicano also stays steady with cochinita pibil tacos and chicken flautas both evenings. Dessert's cinnamon-roll waffle with dulce de leche ice cream and snickerdoodle banana profiterole don't make guests choose sides, either. But Carnival Corner's Old Bay-spiced nitro popcorn—finished with caramel and honey-roasted peanuts—is the detail we keep circling. Salty, sweet, and just strange enough to earn our curiosity; the menu does not tell us how it tastes.
At $234.90, the menu has to earn it
MickeyVisit reports $234.90 for one night, including taxes and fees, and says children ages four and under are free. The resort's ticket information confirms four hours of unlimited food and beverages and 10% off a two-night bundle. Seminars and classes cost extra. At that price, Friday versus Saturday is a decision worth making from the actual menu, not from the words “Food & Wine” alone.
One discount needs its own fine print. The resort describes a discounted room rate for Food & Wine Classic ticket holders at the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve, subject to availability and advance booking. Proof of an event ticket is required at check-in, and the rate can extend up to four days before and after the event. That is not a promise of a cheaper event ticket just because you stay at one of the hotels.
No theme-park ticket or resort stay is required for the causeway event. The resort says event details can change, and its public ticket listing did not establish live inventory when we checked. Friday's pork belly and Saturday's agnolotti give us a delicious argument; neither holds a ticket or guarantees an unchanged plate for November.
