This is the shorter companion to the complete booth-by-booth menu and price guide. The new list comes first. All 30 anniversary items have their own section after it, because “new this year” and “back from an older festival” are two different reasons to make room on the snack list.
There is overlap. Disney marks several returning or reimagined anniversary dishes as new for 2026, so those items appear in both sections. That is intentional.

My first-pass shortlist
I would start the savory side with the Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps, Spicy Temaki Hand Roll, and Warm Raclette on a baguette. The Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl with wasabi-soy chips is exactly the kind of strange little pairing I want a festival to try. Dessert gets harder, but the Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle and Belgian waffle with cookie butter are already circled.
That is a menu-read shortlist, not a tasting verdict. Opening day gets the final say.
