Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Weeks is underway at Walt Disney World, bringing a collection of limited-time discounts and experiences to eligible DVC Members. The 2026 summer celebration runs from July 22 through August 26 and also marks the 35th anniversary of Disney Vacation Club.
Decorations and information displays have appeared in Disney Vacation Club resort lobbies, including Disney's Beach Club Resort. Members can also pick up event brochures at DVC desks with details about the activities offered across the property.
Dining discounts reach up to 40 percent
One of the largest parts of Welcome Home Weeks is an expanded set of table-service dining discounts. Eligible Members can receive up to 40 percent off food and nonalcoholic beverages at select Walt Disney World restaurants from Monday through Thursday.
The 40 percent group includes Hollywood & Vine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Tusker House for lunch and dinner; Biergarten for lunch; Tiffins and Coral Reef for dinner; and Garden Grill for lunch and dinner.
Two Magic Kingdom restaurants offer 20 percent savings during select meal periods: The Crystal Palace for lunch and dinner, and Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch. Resort options include 40 percent discounts at Whispering Canyon Cafe for brunch and dinner and Trattoria al Forno for breakfast and dinner.
The participating restaurant, day, and meal period all matter. The event is not a blanket discount at every Disney restaurant, and the listed savings apply only to eligible Members during the qualifying Welcome Home Weeks windows.
Character experiences return to Atlantic Dance Hall
Special character experiences are being held at Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney's BoardWalk from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on select dates.
The remaining announced dates are July 27–28; August 4–5, 12–13, and 17–18; and August 26. These appearances are part of the member celebration and are separate from the standard character offerings found in the theme parks and restaurants.
Welcome Home Wakeup gatherings are also scheduled at two resort locations. Top of the World Lounge at Bay Lake Tower hosts the event on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 to 11 a.m. Reunion Station at Disney's Wilderness Lodge hosts on Saturdays and Sundays during the same hours.
Complimentary treats are available across Walt Disney World
Welcome Home Weeks includes several complimentary treats in the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. Each offering follows its own location, schedule, and purchase requirements.
At Disney Springs, eet by Maneet Chauhan offers complimentary desi ice cream on Thursdays with no purchase required, while Everglazed offers a complimentary event donut on Wednesdays. City Works Eatery & Pour House offers a Welcome Home Weeks slushie with an entrée purchase on Tuesdays beginning July 28.
Frontera Cocina offers a complimentary half-and-half appetizer with the purchase of a Welcome Home Weeks drink on Fridays. The Polite Pig offers a Hop Salt Pretzel with a specialty drink purchase, along with a 15 percent discount on food and nonalcoholic beverages on Mondays beginning July 27.
Complimentary ice cream is also scheduled at rotating locations across the four theme parks, Disney Springs, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, and Disney's Riviera Resort. Times vary by location. Movies Under the Stars at ten listed Walt Disney World resorts include complimentary candy for eligible Members.
Buttons and resort displays round out the celebration
Complimentary Welcome Home Weeks buttons are available while supplies last at DVC lounges, Discovery Desks, and the Welcome Home Centers at EPCOT and Disney Springs.
The event extends beyond Walt Disney World with offerings at Disneyland Resort, Aulani, Disney's Vero Beach Resort, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, and aboard Disney Cruise Line. The specific Walt Disney World schedule is the most extensive portion of the current announcement, with dining, character, and treat locations spread across the resort.
What eligible Members should know
Welcome Home Weeks is limited to eligible Disney Vacation Club Members. Individual offers may be restricted to certain weekdays, meal periods, locations, or qualifying purchases, and complimentary items may be available only while supplies last.
The event continues through August 26, but not every offering runs every day. Members interested in a particular discount or experience should check its exact schedule and requirements rather than relying only on the overall event dates.
