Disney World’s Spring 2027 Resort Deals Just Got Interesting

Disney World just dropped three Spring 2027 resort offers. The $250 headline is gorgeous, but the room, dates, and fine print may send you toward a different deal.

Disney World dropped three Spring 2027 resort discounts on September 10, and one of them is waving a very sparkly “save up to $250 per night” sign. The trio includes a room-and-ticket package worth up to $250 nightly, a public room-only offer worth up to 25%, and a Disney Visa Cardmember room offer worth up to 30%. Select stays begin January 3; the package stretches through July 28, while both room-only offers end April 29.

And darling, do not let the biggest number choose your hotel for you. That $250 belongs to a very specific four-night, four-park-day package, while the less dramatic percentages may fit a shorter stay or a room category the package leaves out. This is one of those Disney discount drops where Cinderella Castle is in the ad and the resort-tier chart is quietly holding the plot.

The $250 deal has homework

She is glamorous, but she has conditions. To reach the package savings, guests need a room-and-ticket package of at least four nights and four park days at a participating Disney Resorts Collection hotel.

For most nights from February 28 through July 28, the nightly tiers are $250, $150, and $60. For most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 through February 25, they step down to $150, $75, and $40.

That top $250 group is where the deluxe names start twirling: Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Contemporary, Beach Club, Yacht Club, BoardWalk Inn, Riviera, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge, and several Disney Vacation Club villas are among the listed options. The $150 group includes Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, Polynesian Village, Port Orleans – Riverside, Art of Animation Family Suites, and selected rooms at Animal Kingdom Lodge and Old Key West. The $60 group includes all three All-Star resorts, Pop Century, Art of Animation standard rooms, and Port Orleans – French Quarter.

That spread is exactly why “up to” deserves its own mouse ears. A guest choosing a value resort is not comparing the same nightly savings as a guest eyeing the Grand Floridian, and the package still has to beat the price of booking the room and tickets another way.

The exclusions matter, too: campsites, Copper Creek cabins, Polynesian bungalows, one- and two-bedroom villas and penthouses, and every three-bedroom villa are outside this package offer. Disney also uses “select” and “most nights,” which means a resort appearing on the list is not a promise that your exact room and dates will cooperate.

Room-only may be the quieter winner

The public room-only offer reaches 25% off for stays most nights from February 28 through April 29, or 20% off for most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 through February 25. The next resort groups step down to 20%/15% and 15%/10% across those same date windows.

Here is the deliciously fussy Disney detail: room type can move the same resort into a different tier. Animal Kingdom Lodge sits in the top group, but Resort View rooms sit in the middle. Art of Animation Family Suites are in the middle, while standard rooms land in the lowest group. At Old Key West, one- and two-bedroom villas reach the top tier; deluxe studios sit in the middle. A percentage floating over a resort name is simply not enough information—we want the exact room underneath it.

Three-bedroom villas, Copper Creek cabins, Polynesian bungalows, Tower one-bedroom villas, two-bedroom villas, and penthouses are excluded from the general room-only offer.

Disney Visa Cardmembers get the richest percentage: up to 30% for most nights from February 28 through April 29, and up to 25% for most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 through February 25. A stay of at least five nights can also unlock savings on most Friday and Saturday nights from January 8 through February 27: 20%, 15%, or 10%, depending on the resort and room category. That weekend wrinkle is the one we would absolutely price before assuming the public offer wins.

The Cardmember must stay in the room, and the deposit must be paid with a Disney Visa or Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Its exclusion list is broader, including Pop Century, the Grand Floridian villas, Fort Wilderness cabins and campsites, Copper Creek cabins, Polynesian bungalows and several villa categories, and all three-bedroom villas.

All three offers are limited by availability. The reporting confirms the discounts and qualifying patterns, but not a booking-expiration date or open inventory for any particular resort, room, or night.
