MickeyVisit reported on September 9 that Walt Disney World is rolling out more than 40 new foods and drinks across the theme parks, resort hotels, Disney Springs, and water parks this fall. We have recipes and locations. We do not yet have prices, one shared launch date, or an item-by-item rollout schedule, and a few locations are specifically marked for 2027.
The star of this particular parade is not one towering milkshake. It is Disney’s decision to send the same flavors on a full property tour.
Key Lime Dream appears at Pinocchio Village Haus, Regal Eagle Smokehouse, a Hollywood Studios coffee stand, and a Grand Floridian pool bar. Peaches and Cream wanders even farther, from The Friar’s Nook to Flame Tree Barbecue, Disney Springs, EPCOT, and Blizzard Beach. These drinks have more park-hopping ambition than some annual passholders.
Mickey waffles have entered their maximalist era
Art of Animation’s food court is getting character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles, rainbow sprinkles, bacon, and sausage. Matching pancakes carry the same toppings.
We were already at birthday cake custard. Disney added cake crumbles and sprinkles anyway. Restraint was clearly not invited to breakfast.
Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside, and Pop Century share strawberry waffles and pancakes with creamy vanilla custard. All-Star Sports gets caramel-banana versions topped with streusel. All-Star Music receives fruit-cereal pancakes and Mickey waffles with vanilla custard, while All-Star Movies gets candy-bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce.
The value resorts have divided breakfast like five children choosing toppings, and somehow every answer is sugar.
The churro department has also made some choices. Ice Cold Hydraulics at Hollywood Studios gets Cookie Butter Mini Churros with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies. Sunshine Seasons gets churro loops with strawberry soft serve, strawberry compote, whipped cream, and cake crumble. Energy Bytes gets cookies-and-cream mini churros with blue sugar and marshmallow.
The Mission: SPACE cart is going bigger with 21 bite-size Family Churros, sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce. Twenty-one. This is no longer one churro making a personal decision; it is a churro delegation.
Warung Outpost at Animal Kingdom may have the most intriguing mash-up: DOLE Whip Pineapple layered with chili-lime-marinated pineapple, coconut, and half a classic churro.
Happy Landings at Typhoon Lagoon is listed for the same sundae, but specifically in 2027. It is not a current Typhoon Lagoon menu item.
The frozen drinks are roaming all over Disney World
Key Lime Dream blends limeade and key lime with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs. Peaches and Cream combines peach purée, lemon, vanilla, and oat milk under sweet cream cold foam.
That one appears at seven named counters: Backlot Express, The Friar’s Nook, Flame Tree Barbecue, The Daily Poutine, Marketplace Snacks, an EPCOT cart near Creations Shop, and Lottawatta Lodge. MickeyVisit says alcohol may be added at select locations, not everywhere serving the base drink.
The adult frozen menu is not exactly being shy. Blackberry Cobbler combines Jack Daniel’s Blackberry Whiskey, blackberry and peach purées, lemon, sweet cream, and Biscoff crumble at Backlot Express, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., and Pizzafari.
The Gold Standard Margarita brings reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, lime, and agave to the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge and Dockside Margaritas.
Rose & Crown gets the Dublin After Dark, made with vodka, coffee liqueur, Joffrey’s Cold Brew, demerara, and Guinness. That glass has coffee, dessert, and pub-night energy all competing for the lead role. We are extremely curious to see which one wins.
And then Disney brings in the milkshakes.
Connections Eatery gets a S’mores Gelato Milkshake with Belgian chocolate and French vanilla gelato, toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker. The Plaza Restaurant gets a Steamboat Willie shake carrying cookies-and-cream churros, a sugar cookie, whipped cream, and a cherry.
Whispering Canyon Cafe gets maple-pecan and espresso-martini gelato versions, while Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater receives its own espresso-martini milkshake. The drive-in has apparently scheduled a very caffeinated second feature.
Now for the boundaries before anyone builds a 40-item snack spreadsheet. MickeyVisit’s report does not list prices or individual debut dates, and it does not say every item arrives together.
Outdoor vending at Disney Springs and Leaning Palms at Typhoon Lagoon are listed for the Golden Frozen Flame in 2027. This is a broad fall menu announcement with staggered edges, not an all-at-once opening-day menu.
