Walt Disney World has added three more Good-to-Go days for Annual Passholders in August: Tuesday, August 25; Wednesday, August 26; and Monday, August 31.

WDWMAGIC reports the additions bring August's total to six Good-to-Go dates. On a Good-to-Go day, eligible Passholders can enter a Walt Disney World theme park without first holding a theme-park reservation, subject to the pass's usual blockout dates and admission rules.

Key details

  • Newly added dates: August 25, August 26, and August 31, 2026.
  • The additions bring August to six Good-to-Go days.
  • Good-to-Go days remove the park-reservation requirement for eligible Passholders.
  • Pass blockout dates still apply.
  • This is not a replacement for a valid Annual Pass or regular park-entry requirements.

Why these dates matter

Good-to-Go days are most useful for local Passholders and guests whose plans are flexible. Instead of securing a reservation first, an eligible Passholder can decide to visit on the designated date without using one of the reservations otherwise available to their pass.

That can be helpful late in the month, when an afternoon visit, a dinner plan, or a weather-dependent park stop may not have been worth committing to in advance.

The dates do not create a separate ticket category and they do not override a passholder's blockout calendar. They simply change the reservation requirement for that particular day. Guests should still check their own pass type before heading out and should not read the designation as a guarantee that every park, attraction, or dining option will have immediate availability.

What to check before you go

A Good-to-Go designation changes one part of a visit: the reservation requirement. It does not change the rest of the arrival routine.

Passholders should still confirm that the date is listed as Good-to-Go in Disney's own channels or My Disney Experience before traveling, particularly if they are making a special trip. The designation can be updated, and a calendar check remains the most reliable final step.

Guests should also keep ordinary access rules in mind. A valid Annual Pass is still required, pass blockouts still apply, and special-ticketed events remain separate products. If a guest has a dining reservation or a late-day plan, that reservation does not itself substitute for valid park admission.

The practical takeaway

For eligible Passholders, August 25, 26, and 31 have become more flexible park days. The new dates may be useful for spontaneous visits, but they are not a reason to skip checking the official calendar before leaving home.

The announcement is particularly relevant because it applies to the final full week of August and the month's last day. Guests who had been preserving reservations for other dates now have three more opportunities to visit without using one.
