Disney Springs has begun its 2026 Halloween food rollout, with seasonal dishes, desserts, drinks, and cookies arriving on different dates and remaining available for different lengths of time.
The useful detail is not simply that fall food is back. Each restaurant has its own availability window. Several menus began August 11, some continue into November, and a few do not begin until September.
Key details
- Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar seasonal menu runs August 11 through November 9.
- Amorette's Patisserie seasonal desserts run August 11 through November 9.
- Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' seasonal menu runs August 11 through November 30.
- Swirls on the Water's Vampire Mickey Cone begins September 4 and runs through November 9.
- Raglan Road's listed seasonal items begin September 1.
Jock Lindsey's seasonal menu
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar has one of the larger reported seasonal lineups, including Candelabra Eggs, Dark Forest Dip, Bone Kebabs, Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken, and Skull of the Dead Dip. The reported drink lineup includes Fright of the Espresso, Skull and Sour, Temple of Doom Margarita, Viper's Nest, and Midnight Relic.
The menu's November 9 end date matters for late-fall trips. It should not be assumed to remain available through Thanksgiving.
Desserts and bakery items
Amorette's Patisserie is listed with a Candle Petit Cake, Peanut Butter Éclair, S'mores Éclair, Cherry Pie Éclair, Halloween Brownie, Halloween Cookie, pumpkin-spiced crème brûlée, and apple cheesecake. The Ganachery has additional seasonal chocolates, while Summer House on the Lake has Cookie Bar items through October 31.
Those are location-specific offerings. A particular Amorette's dessert is not interchangeable with a Ganachery item when a visit falls near a menu's final date.
Dates vary beyond Halloween
Homecomin's menu has the broadest listed window through November 30. Other restaurant dates vary: Chicken Guy has different end dates depending on the item, Frontera Cocina runs through November 10, and Terralina Crafted Italian is listed through October 31.
Swirls on the Water's Vampire Mickey Cone is a later arrival. It begins September 4, so it is not an August option despite being part of the larger seasonal rollout.
Guests should choose one or two specific menu items, verify the restaurant's published dates, and expect daily availability to vary. The dates establish the intended window; they do not guarantee every item will be in stock through its final day.
