Chicken Guy! at Disney Springs is now serving breakfast Friday through Sunday from 9 to 11 a.m., with chicken-and-egg sandwiches, breakfast bowls, wraps, chicken and waffles, French toast sticks, coffee, and tots.
Disney Springs has never been short on something sweet before lunch. This is a different lane: breakfast with crispy chicken, maple butter, bacon, tots, and absolutely no interest in pretending it is delicate.
Key details
- Breakfast is served Friday through Sunday, 9–11 a.m.
- Chicken Guy! is in Town Center at Disney Springs.
- The menu starts at $5.49 for a sausage biscuit.
- Chicken and waffles, breakfast bowls, wraps, sandwiches, French toast sticks, coffee, and breakfast tots are listed.
The Chicken, Egg and Cheese Sandwich is $7.49, with crispy chicken, egg, cheddar, and special sauce on brioche. Bacon, Egg and Cheese and Sausage, Egg and Cheese sandwiches are $6.99. The Sausage Biscuit is $5.49, while the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit is $6.49.
Then the menu remembers where it is. The $7.49 Breakfast Bowl and Breakfast Wrap both combine chopped crispy chicken tenders, scrambled eggs, breakfast tots, cheddar, smoked bacon, and salsa. Chicken and Waffles is also $7.49, with tenders, a buttermilk waffle, powdered sugar, whipped maple butter, and syrup.
We have a soft spot for a menu that knows what it is. Chicken and waffles is not trying to be a sensible little yogurt cup. It is a crisp, syrupy, slightly ridiculous breakfast decision, and Chicken Guy! is the right place for it.
The French Toast Sticks also cost $7.49 and have an apple-cinnamon cereal crunch, whipped maple butter, and syrup. Coffee is listed at $4.99; breakfast tots are $2.99. A combo adds tots plus coffee or hot tea, with juice or iced coffee available for $1 more.
The reporting does not say whether breakfast uses mobile order, whether it is eligible for Disney Dining Plan entitlements, or whether the Friday-through-Sunday schedule will expand. For now, the window is narrow and the menu is very clear: Chicken Guy! is serving breakfast, and it is serving it like Chicken Guy!.
